SIX COUNTRIES FIGHTING FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE

106 days of continious touring ends next Saturday, Sepember 12th when with the international City Games 2015. final event. More excitemets are surely to be expected as the best six teams fight for victory.

First leg of the final international part of the competition is set on the beautiful swimming pool complex in Rijeka, Croatia.

On two semifinal events, on 4th and 6th of September, 12 teams from 9 countries participated: Pag (CRO), Solin (CRO), Maribor (SLO), Velenje (SLO), Herceg Novi (MNE), Igalo (MNE), Niš (SRB), Skopje (MK), Harkany (HUN), Moconesi (IT), Bad Radkersbourg (AUT) and Neum (BIH).

Both competitions were intense, and in front of the packed auditorium of noisy fans six teams won their way to the final. The Mayor of the City of Rijeka mr. Obersnel didn’t hide his enthusiasm: ‘We are proud to host such a big international event and we sincerely hope that Rijeka will host the project next year. ” – Said mr. Obersnel.

After Rijeka, we are heading to the last destination of 2015. City Games tour in Biograd na Moru. On September 12th, starting at 20:00 PM international final event will show which team will be the best: Maribor, Herceg Novi, Pag, Moconesi, Skopje or Harkany.

The domination of croatian teams may well end this season as all of the compeating teams are very well prepared and motivated to bring the victory to their hometown.
